Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled more than 60 days before the date of play, the booking may be moved to an agreed alternative date. If this is not possible a 50% refund of the green fee will be allowed.

If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days before the date of play, the booking may be moved to an agreed alternative date, no refund will be given.

Cancellations should be advised to pro@machgolf.com quoting the reference number and date of play.

Transfer of Booking

Golfers within the party may change, with the proviso that such changes do not conflict with our handicap and age limits.

Handicap

This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Course Closure

If due to exceptional circumstances the course is closed, we will try to move bookings to another date, or if this is not possible, a full refund will be given.

Dress Code

No football shirts are allowed in the Clubhouse or on the golf course. No hats are permitted in the Clubhouse.

Buggy Hire

If you would like to book a ride-on buggy or electric trolley please contact the Professional on 01586 810277.

The last available time to book a ride-on buggy and electric trollies for 18 holes will be 13:30 (12/noon Nov-March) and shall have be to be returned to the Pro Shop by 17:45 (16:00 Nov-March).

Green Fees

Green fee Rates quoted are subject to change by order of the committee.

Clubs

Please do not send Clubs via Shipsticks to the Golf Club in advance.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted on the golf course.
